How Macorva works

Step 1: Create org chart and customize survey

Upload your employee information to create an interactive company org chart within Macorva. In minutes, build your first survey with custom parameters, including start/end date, frequency, questions, and more. 

Step 2: Begin survey

Macorva automatically sends emails to employees prompting them to enter the survey.

After answering overall engagement questions and sharing open comments, employees are invited to rate their experiences with coworkers on a 1-5 scale, with the option to select positive and negative qualities. 

Employees receive suggestions based on their position, but they are free to search for and rate their experience with anyone in the company.

Step 4: View results

When the survey is complete, every employee sees their feedback scores and attributes based on their coworkers' impressions. Managers can also see the feedback scores of employees who report to them.

Feedback scores include an overall rating and an ABIO breakdown: Above (managers of employee), Below (coworkers who report to the employee), Inside (those in department), and Outside (other departments).

To secure anonymity, feedback scores are only shown when 5 or more impressions are provided and free comments are only revealed for groups of 100 or more.
