  • Radiant AI: Users now see a list of suggested actions on their homepage. All EX and CX feedback is combined to generate a list unique to every employee about what next steps would be the most powerful. Simply click on the "+" sign, and that action is added to your task list!
  • Manager dashboard: We now make it easy to see all of an employee's feedback in one place. You will know see report buttons by the Action Plan section in the homepage, every person you manage in the org chart, your Team dashboard, etc. Clicking these will take you to the Manager dashboard, where you can view their feedback and see Radiation AI suggestions tailored to managing each individual.
  • Dynamic questions: Now when you're building CX surveys, you can have questions appear dynamically. In the Configuration | CX Questions editor, just choose "dynamic display" for any question. Want to ask "What parts of your delivery need to be improved?" only when a customer selects "Poor delivery"? No problem!
